Job description:

  • The Business Development Manager will appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to aid clients in their success using our IT Infrastructure & Managed Cloud Services offerings.
  • This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and Progression’s internal team members to better understand our offerings and client’s business needs to deliver delightful experience to every client.

Responsibilities:

      • Meet aggressive Sales Targets on quarterly basis
      • Create and maintain healthy business relationship with existing & new clients
      • Research, identify & engage with new clients for business acquisition
      • Regular connect with clients to identify opportunities for growth within our products & solutions domain
      • Work cross functionally within the company to engage all stakeholders to ensure clients’ success
      • Manage all reporting about the health of Client Accounts

Desired Profile:

      • Tech or Graduate from good college
      • MBA from at least Tier 2 Institutes is desirable
      • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
      • 5-13 years of Sales & Account Management Experience
      • Account Management and well accustomed to a client-facing role
      • Ability to Understand Technology

      • Business Understanding
      • Process Orientation
