Our Response on Readiness & Business Continuity During COVID-19

As India continues to fight Coronavirus spread, this is an opportunity for us to contribute through our collective efforts and do our bit to end this pandemic from spreading further.

The past many weeks have provided many of us with a renewed sense of clarity about what matters most. Our endeavour to mitigate business disruption has never been more important than it is now. We want to share that how Progression has been managing the situation and the operational model we have in place to fully support our customers and running of business-critical applications.  

As we continue to monitor this uncertain global crisis, Progression’s focus remains on protecting the health and well-being of its team, clients, stakeholders, and partners we serve and work with. We had postponed all in-person meetings and events before the lockdown started, implemented stringent travel restrictions and quickly adapted to the new normal work-from-home model for almost all the employees. We already have and are well prepared to continue business operations remotely as long as it is required.

Business Continuity during COVID-19 is everyone’s business and everyone’s responsibility and together we all can contribute to improving it. We are fortunate to have on our team talented problem-solvers and technologists while maintaining a deep network of partners that can be engaged to augment our offerings.  

We will continue to be an enabler for you in your time of need and will make available the full breadth of our team’s expertise as realistically as possible to help you through this difficult time.  

We remain confident in our ability to support client needs while enabling our team with the tools and resources needed to transition into a remote workforce. 
As an organization which continues to be at the forefront of technology, we are committed to re-establishing and testing internal processes as well as living out our core values of whatever IT takes. This current situation may be challenging and uncertain, but it has allowed our technological resiliency and adaptability to shine through. We assure that you can count on our technological resiliency and adaptability to serve you to the best of our abilities. 

We continue to manage our comprehensive IT offerings with reliability that you expect of us. We have deployed a series of procedures to mitigate impact on our operations such as: 

  • Continual heavy testing to verify robustness and high availability of all our systems 
  • Maintenance of our data centre environment to manage peak & fluctuating loads 
  • Diverse technical teams with flawless experience available through distributed and scalable communication systems 

We have been gearing up with each passing day to handle all support and requirements that may arise during this course of time and have made alternate remote support matrix with our technical team to enable smooth operations.
