Progression along with HP, hosted an evening last week filled with technology, insightful conversations, and laughter for its customers. The topic of the event was Converged System – Embracing “New Style of IT” for the Agile Enterprise.
Mr. JB Hooda, Co-Founder & Director of Progression, welcomed the guests and spoke about the challenges faced by traditional business models due to the digital transformations across the industry, society and governance. He emphasized about having technologies in an organization that are resilient, easier and cheaper to deploy. He also spoke about the strategic role of IT in the success of any business, and the importance of right expertise and right attitude to ensure smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure.
Mr. Swastik Chakraborty, an Ex-ISRO Scientist and key contributor in the Chandrayaan Mission gave insights into HP ConvergedSystem. Swastik, who is currently working as the Datacenter Architect for HP in India, talked about about the following advantages of HP ConvergedSystem:

He showed a video that discussed the importance of having a converged system at every level, and how it impacts our everyday life.
Once the presentation was done, it was time for some fun and laughs with Appurv Gupta, an engineer by education and a comedian by profession. He left the audience in splits by cracking jokes on engineers and technology enthusiasts.
